For our end of the month recap, we want to share something we’ve been working on for the past 6 months.

Before we get started, how many of you are in private or closed Facebook group? Whether it’s 1 or 20 groups, Facebook groups provide several benefits we believe are an excellent opportunity to connect with other people of same or similar taste. However, developing any digital project is hard!

We believe that having an online presence is undeniably important in today's world and while we have a good amount of likes in our social media channels, it doesn't guarantee our company's success. It can be difficult to engage people and build a community when users are not engaged. Therefore, our team came up with the idea of creating a private Facebook group to engage our beloved fans and customers: our Balolo Insider Group or how we like to call it BIG

When Mark Zuckerberg announced that instead of trying to “make the world more open and connected,” as it had in the past, Facebook would aim to “give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together,” in part by placing a greater emphasis on groups.

This is where the idea of creating a closed Facebook group came in. We want to create real connections with real people, where we could connect and be resources to each other.

In this group, you'll get exclusive updates about balolo and exciting projects we are currently working on, where you'll get the chance to comment, engage and participate in lively conversations with people we have carefully selected and believe will be an asset to the program.

You'll get a full dive into:

  • Exclusive insights into our company
  • New product suggestions from you
  • Improvements to existing products
  • Insights into our product development and questions regarding design, shades, and more!

This is just the beginning for us, we are very excited about our Insider group members joining, asking questions, trying to learn more about balolo, design, technology. We love it and we welcome it and we also want to reassure everybody that this is only the beginning for us. There will be ups and there will we downs, there will be peaks and also valleys in the work that were doing but it’s you that keeps us going!

If you want to join BIG, simply click on the link and it’ll take you directly to our Facebook group.

Strap in, buckle up and hold on because this is going to be an exciting ride.

We are so excited to get started! As always, thank you for being part of our journey.
