We design and manufacture all our products in Germany. Our headquarters are located near Cologne.
How do I care for my wooden products properly?
The best way to care for your wooden products is to treat them carefully with a clean soft cloth and a small drop of olive oil. Stains and dirt can be with a soft damp cloth, rubbing carefully.
How can I buy your products without VAT for my EU company?
If you run a business in the EU with a registered VAT number, you can buy our products without VAT. Please contact our customer support via our contact form or send an email to hello@balolo.de. We will then send you an invoice without VAT.
