Where are the products manufactured?
We design and manufacture all our products in Germany. Our headquarters are located near Cologne.
How do I care for my wooden products properly?
The best way to care for your wooden products is to treat them carefully with a clean soft cloth and a small drop of olive oil. Stains and dirt can be with a soft damp cloth, rubbing carefully.
What materials do you use?
Our products are made exclusively from high-quality, durable materials. For the wooden elements, we use carefully selected American walnut, oak, or black-stained oak. Each piece of wood has its own character and unique grain. These are complemented by robust, powder-coated steel, which is not only stable but also particularly resistant. For several products, we also use soft felt, which combines functionality with a pleasant feel.

I have questions about my order. Who can I contact?

How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to check the status of your order at any time. This way, you know exactly when your package will arrive.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you would like to change something after your purchase (e.g., address or items), please contact our support team immediately. We can make changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, this no longer is possible after shipment.
Can I place a VAT-free order as a business within the EU?
Absolutely! If you'd like to place a VAT-free order as an EU business, just drop us a message at info@balolo.de. Here's what we'll need from you:
- The full company address
- The valid VAT number
- A screenshot of your cart with the products you'd like to order
Once we have checked all the details, we'll set up your VAT-free order for you.
Products & Assembly
Do I need tools for assembly?
No, you don't usually need any additional tools to assemble our products. All BALOLO products are designed to be particularly easy and quick to assemble, even if you have no craftsmanship experience.
If a product requires special screws or parts, we will of course include the appropriate tools so that assembly is hassle-free.
Can I set up the Setup Cockpit on my own?
Yes, our Setup Cockpit is designed so that you can easily assemble it yourself. Assembly takes only a few minutes and, thanks to our patented mounting grid, it's a child's play.
You can configure your Setup Cockpit entirely according to your needs, adjust it over time, and replace or add individual parts. This way, your workspace grows with you.
What is the Cable Guide Technology?
The Smart Cable Guide Technology ensures that your cables are neat and out of sight. This gives you the perfect cable management so that your setup always looks tidy.
How it works: A small loop of the cable is fed through the recess; the charger plug does not need to be pulled through the opening. Once the loop is in place, there is enough space to screw the add-on to the Setup Cockpit. Then simply pull the loop flat.

Are there wood samples that can be ordered?
We do not offer wood samples, as each of our products is unique and natural variations in grain and color occur naturally. This is a sign of quality and makes each product unique.
To give you the best possible impression of the different wood varieties, we recommend that you take a look at our product photos and customer reviews. These give an authentic impression of the different types of wood.
