1. Organizer

The BALOLO Setup Contest is organized by BALOLO represented by STARTFABRIK GmbH, based in Hennef, Germany.

2. Contest Period

The submission phase runs from October 28, 2025 (16:00 CET) until November 4, 2025 (23:59 CET).

Entries submitted after this time will not be considered. Once the submission phase has ended, the community voting phase will begin.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, worldwide. Employees of BALOLO or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Follow @balolo on Instagram
2. Send a photo of their personal setup featuring a BALOLO Setup Cockpit to contest@balolo.de.

Only entries that include a BALOLO Setup Cockpit will be accepted. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they are the rightful owners of the photo and have the right to grant BALOLO usage rights as described below.

BALOLO reserves the right to pre-select submissions before the community voting phase. This means not all entries will be presented for public voting. 

5. Rights of Use

By entering the Contest, participants grant BALOLO the license to use, reproduce, publish, and share the submitted photos across its social media channels, website, and marketing materials for promotional purposes. Participants will always be credited by name or Instagram handle where possible.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be determined through community voting in several rounds organized by BALOLO. After the final round, the winner will be contacted via email within one week of the contest’s end.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, BALOLO reserves the right to select another winner (e.g., the second-place participant).

7. Prizes

The winner will receive:

1. The BALOLO Award
2. A $500 BALOLO Gift Card.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

8. Data Protection

Personal information (such as email and shipping address) collected during this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and delivering prizes. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted once the Contest has concluded, unless required by law.

9. Liability

BALOLO is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries, nor for any technical malfunctions or other issues that may affect participation or the voting process.

BALOLO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if necessary for reasons beyond its control.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility arising from or related to this Contest.

11. Agreement to Terms

By entering the Contest, participants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions and to the decisions made by BALOLO, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
